Chelsea & Luke

A few weeks ago we got to shoot Chelsea & Luke's fairy tale wedding. Every detail from the dress to the shoes to the draping at the reception just screamed princess :) We had such a great time hanging out with their bridal party. They were so much fun and put up with almost 3 hours of photo taking! yes! that's right Chelsea carved out a huge chunk of time just for pictures. It was sooo nice because we just got to hang out with Chelsea and Luke and go all over the Dells taking pictures. So to say this is just a peak at their day is an understatement ;)

Jay & Amber

Can we just say again how much we enjoy shooting weddings for couples that we know? There is just something different about taking pictures of friends when we know their story. We were so so excited when Amber and Jay asked us to be a part of their wedding day. 

The entire day was so much fun! Their entire wedding party hung out together all morning making breakfast and drinking bloody marys. I loved that Amber and Jay were not scared to see each other before they got ready. We think it really puts the couple and the whole wedding party much more at ease. They were all able to help each other get the last minute details put together without the pressure of keeping the boys and girls apart. Plus, why wouldn't you want to spend your ENTIRE wedding day together?! So sweet!  And oh em gee, their reception? Gorgeous! It was held at the Trapper's Turn Clubhouse and it was beyond beautiful. We had such an awesome time at this wedding because we felt like we weren't just the photographers but guests too.

Amber and Jay- What can we say? We had an absolutely amazing time at your wedding. You two were perfect and your day was simply beautiful. We are so honored that you chose us to capture it! We love you guys!
